This raised ground-floor apartment forms part of a Victorian terrace in the heart of Notting Hill. Working closely with Westminster’s heritage team, consent was secured to introduce an additional en-suite bedroom and reconfigure the plan to create an open-plan kitchen and reception, carefully framed by the apartment’s original period detailing.
